I ordered a few Japanese food items from Amazon so I can continue to learn how to prepare and experience food from that part of the world. After they arrived I realized that there were also regional alcohols I could try as well. In the K-Dramas I enjoy everyone in South Korea drinks soju. It looks so appealing I decided to try it myself. So I bought a bottle of apple mango soju, as well as a small 'bottle' of saki. I will try them both sometime soon...

I've had Udon noodles several times, but this is an import.
And I'm curious about the two broths,
as well as trying 'fresh' ramen compared to the mass marketed types.
