I went to the lake today from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. I walked first, covering the usual mile from my road to the Mountain entrance. I passed a pair of snooty moms waiting for the school bus in both directions, with nary an acknowledgement of my greetings. Did my usual paddling & floating ( I love the view of the ski area from the lake!), and then had an apple & Santitas chips while reading a chunk of "Her Majesty's Wizard". Then it was back in the water to use my facemask for awhile, holding my breath and doing handstands with my eyes open (haha). A nice four-hour tour.
