Dinner time with the wok!
I cooked thinly-sliced beef first, then stir fried it with udon noodles in sesame oil, fresh mushrooms and soy sauce. I also had a bowl of snow peas alongside it, with a glass of ice tea as well. I have to admit it was more fun to prepare than it was to eat (though it was very good). I need to go to a real Asian restaurant sometime in order to find out what the proper texture and flavor of udon noodles should be!
